LASC Microprocessor Based
Conductivity Level Controls
Lumenite® offers its patented auto sensitivity, self calibratingliquid level controls. The LASC series provides on/off pointsensing control with a unique self calibrating auto sensitivityfeature, eliminating all manual adjustment. When liquid reaches thesensing probe, a microprocessor algorithm determines the liquidresistivity and automatically sets the optimum control sensitivity.

Frequently Asked Questions — LASC Level Controls
What does LASC stand for and what does it do?
LASC stands for Lumenite® Auto-Sensitivity Control. It is a microprocessor-based conductivity level control that automatically sets itself to optimum sensitivity without potentiometers — eliminating manual adjustments for different liquid types.
What mounting style does the LASC use?
The LASC uses Din-Rail (DM) mounting, making it compatible with standard control panel rails. It is available in 201 (1 relay), 401 (2 relay), and 601 (3 relay) configurations.
What voltages is the LASC available in?
The LASC is available in 12VDC, 24VDC, 110VAC, and 220VAC. The voltage is specified in the model number (e.g., LASC-DM-2011 = 110VAC, 1 relay).
What housing options are available for the LASC?
Two NEMA 4x enclosures are available: PWP (polycarbonate, waterproof, corrosion resistant) and SWP (304 stainless steel, waterproof, corrosion resistant) — both rated for harsh environments.
Can the LASC control filling and emptying operations simultaneously?
Yes. The LASC-601 (3-relay) can manage up to three on/off switch points — supporting filling/emptying operations in one or multiple tanks simultaneously with a single control unit.
